Headwater staff provided a suite of environmental services at this $42M redevelopment along the central corridor entering Boone.
Redevelopment activities included the remediation, abatement and demolition of two defunct hotels, several single-family residences, and a small apartment building. The project culminated in the successful completion of a Brownfields agreement with the State of North Carolina.
Headwater staff remained on-site during the two-year project, and continue to provide on-going regulatory services as-needed.
